Tacoma to open museum district
The Museum District of Tacoma will be re-opening at the beginning of next month with many new experiences and exhibitions for visitors.
Such districts often use poster printing to ensure that visitors have details about exhibits, hours, and protocols.
The Washington State History Museum will be featuring an exhibit called “Just the Ticket!” which will enable visitors to learn about the history of passenger travel via railroads in Washington. There will also be a model railroad display, which is the largest such public display in the state. The Museum will open Friday April 2 and will be opened from Tuesday through Sunday.
The Museum of Glass will feature two new exhibitions. One will include 200 objects that celebrate the artwork of René Lalique while the other will juxtapose glass and non-glass artworks as a way to eliminate divisions between different artistic mediums. The Museum will open on Saturday April 3.
The re-opening of America’s Car Museum will highlight high-octane vehicles, ranging from the 1918 Liberty Cadillac 1257X to the supercars of Steve Saleen. The Museum will open on Friday April 2. The art of painting the focuses on the major components that work to create a finished image will be featured at the Tacoma Art Museum when it reopens on Friday April 16.
The hours at the Museum of Glass, America’s Car Museum, and the Tacoma Art Museum will be from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday through Sunday.
