A touring comedian is planning a stop in Tacoma next month to take the stage and film a comedy special with a live audience.
Sam Ellefson, a Denver-based comedian, has announced an upcoming tour stop in Tacoma, where his comedy career started 10 years ago, bringing things full circle. His return to Tacoma will take him to his favorite bar in town to record a 30-minute comedy special.
The venue, Bob’s Java Jive, has a long history, claiming visits from stars like Keanu Reeves, Elvis Presley, and dozens of successful comedians. Ellefson’s performance will be paired with stand-up segments from several local comedians who are eager to showcase their talents and get their big break. Flyer printing is a classic way to generate interest and excitement about local events by placing the Flyers in high-traffic areas around the community.
Guests will get to enjoy the unique atmosphere and have access to food and beverages at the host venue. Attendees who choose to drink are asked to do so responsibly. Due to the show being recorded, the audience should expect a full camera crew to be on site to capture an evening of laughter.
The comedy performance is set for Saturday, November 15th, from 7:00 to 8:30 PM, at Bob’s Java Jive in Tacoma. All guests must be 21 or older to attend. Tickets start at $12.51 per person online.
