Tacoma to host unique circus

Venardos Circus will be returning to Tacoma later this month.

Poster printing can be used to announce such special shows with a schedule of their performances.

Venardos Circus is a combination of Broadway and Vaudeville styles in the spirit of Cirque du Soliel and will be performing for three weeks at the Tacoma STAR Center. The circus makes its own classic red-and-white striped tent, with limited seating for a more intimate experience. Venardos Circus is free of animals.

Kevin Venardos, producer and ringmaster, expressed the thrill of his team to be returning to Tacoma, a city it had visited every year through 2019. He added that they all enjoy being able to bring joy and convey their creativity to the communities they visit.

Every show lasts for 90 minutes with entertainment before the show an hour before showtime. Concessions, such as cotton candy, fresh popcorn, all-natural pink lemonade made in-house, and packaged candy are available for purchase when the show begins. Parking is free.

Opening night is Wednesday, June 22 with the show beginning at 7:00 pm. The July 4th weekend will have a special matinee on Friday, July 1, at 4:00 pm and another show at 7:00 pm; three shows on Saturday and Sunday, July 2 and July 3; and two matinees on Monday, July 4 at 11:00 am and 2:00 pm. The circus runs through Saturday, July 9.
