Tacoma Beer & Blues Festival announces drinks and artists
Tacoma's second yearly Beer & Blues festival, coming soon at the Broadway Center for the Performing Arts, will feature quite the list of cideries and breweries.
The festival, Brew-Five-Three, pairs the various beverages with some of the best blues artists in the area, according to Seattle Pi.
The event, advertised with poster printing and banner printing, will feature blues artists such as Stephanie Anne Johnson, a Tacoma native featured on NBC's The Voice, the Mark Riley Trio, Junkyard Jane, and the West Coast Women's Blues Revue.
In addition to the performers, the block party will also feature more than 30 of Washington's cideries and breweries offering their favorite adult beverages, and a variety of food vendors. A complimentary coffee station will be donated by B Sharp Coffeehouse from 6:30pm - 9:30pm at the event, which is scheduled for August 9th.
Brew-Five-Three, according to their press release, has improved the festival based on survey feedback from last year's attendees. Re-entry will be permitted this year, and souvenir glasses will be available in a pint size. The event is for those 21 years of age and older, and photo ID will be required for admittance. Tickets are currently on sale, and will be $25 through June 21st, $30 after that. Some discounts are available; contact the Broadway Center Box Office for more information.
