Tacoma area set to celebrate the holidays Victorian style
A Tacoma area event will offer the public a chance to take a step back in time during a Victorian-themed holiday celebration.
Puyallup’s Washington State Fair Events Center will be transformed into a winter wonderland where the public can browse through a huge variety of gift ideas, including locally produced crafts, art, and other items. The gourmands in the group can enjoy sampling local wine and an assortment of dishes, and there will be plenty of other activities to participate in as well.
An assortment of performers will be taking to the stage in the two theaters that will be utilized for the occasion. There will be stage shows, concerts, and live music to listen to, and the organizers noted that the whole venue will be decorated and lit with lots of colorful holiday lights. Tickets can be purchased for full price at the gate or online at a specially discounted rate. Kids under the age of five will be admitted for free.
