Walk for health in Canonsburg
An event designed to help those on the autism spectrum is planned in Canonsburg.
Autism Open organizes two main events each year, and several smaller events to support those dealing with autism. The organization recently announced its 2nd Annual Autism Walk and Family Fun Day, which will take place in Canonsburg. Everyone who cares about an autistic child is invited to participate.
The first event on the schedule is a one-mile-long walk, which will lead through Canonsburg Town Park. After the walk is finished, the fun continues with an after party that is specifically designed for those on the spectrum. There will be balloon animals, face painting, and bounce houses, along with Kona Ice. Children will also be able to finish a craft project and will go home with an Eat N Park Smiley Cookie. The after party is free of charge, and all drinks and food will be provided. Banner printing can be used to create fun decorations for outdoor events like this.
