Seminar offers advice on pleasing customers
Topics and Toast is a seminar series that aims to educate local business leaders on a variety of topic, and the topic of next month’s event is ‘How to overcome hidden customer care deficiencies’. It is presented by the Peters Township Chamber of Commerce.
Guests will be treated to a continental breakfast while they find out from Lindsey Demetris of Sandler Training how to ensure a positive relationship with their current and future customers, while also discovering whether or not they are doing all they should to give their customers what they want.
In addition, this will be a good networking event for local business leaders. There will be plenty of time during the two-hour event to briefly discuss work and exchange digital business cards.
Attendees from all over the township, including McMurray, will likely want to attend this important seminar. Many will be putting in a new business card printing order so that they will know their contact information is current and that they have enough cards to exchange with whomever they meet.
