Open house networking planned for Canonsburg
An event is coming up in Canonsburg that is aimed at professional women who want to grow their businesses.
Women’s Business Network (WBN) McMurray is having an open house, and is inviting professional women from the area to come and learn what services the agency provides. A professional photographer will be on hand to take headshots. Although registration is free, it is required.
WBN is a very diverse organization, as is shown by its membership, which includes sophisticated corporate executives, entrepreneurs, hard-working owners of small businesses, and smart business professionals. There are members who work in many different fields, including real estate, insurance, retail, home and personal services, business services, financial, legal, and many more. WBN members enjoy sharing their expertise and knowledge with one another.
The Network has more than 20 chapters across six of the counties in southwest Pennsylvania. The chapters accept only one member in each category, but members can visit with other chapters whenever they like. The member’s “home” chapter will be their first point of contact, but all the chapters are available.
The focus of the organization is to help its members thrive by providing them with the connections and resources they need to operate successfully.
The WBN McMurray Open House is set for April 19, from 9.00 am until 11.00 am at True Fit Marketing on Horizon Vue Drive in Canonsburg. Attendees at events like this should be prepared to distribute business cards.
