Lunch serves up opportunity for Canonsburg businesses
Canonsburg business owners looking to expand their clientele and meet and share information with other business owners may want to book a lunch date with Sal Acosta.
Acosta organizes the Business Owner's Networking Lunch, where up to 10 people get together once a month to share ideas and promote their products and services.
The lunch is structured so that all the attendees get to introduce themselves and pitch their product and service. Business owners are encouraged to bring at least 15 business cards with them to the lunch to share with the other participants. A banner printed for the event will direct attendees to the correct room in the restaurant.
There is a $10 fee for the lunch, which goes to a group tip for the servers and helps cover marketing costs. There is a 10-person limit to the lunches to make it easier for owners to interact in a more meaningful way. There will be a special guest speaker every month
