The Richmond Pirate Dog Sports Cards, Comics & Collectibles Show is coming to Glen Allen this fall to offer a collectible experience for all enthusiasts.
The show will feature a diverse range of collectibles including comic Books, sports cards, Pokémon cards, and unopened wax products. There will be vendors attending from across Virginia who will set up booths to buy, sell, and trade with attendees. The show will also highlight the Richmond SPCA, with 10 percent of proceeds going towards supporting the local chapter of the animal welfare society.
Attendees will be able to mix and mingle with other collectors and compare collections. There will be a special traders’ table set up for those interested in making rare trades. There will also be hourly door prizes for which guests are eligible throughout the event.
Organizers wishing to incorporate door prizes into the event’s activities will often reach out to local businesses wishing to become sponsors. These businesses often donate Promotional Products in exchange for free advertising and brand visibility.
The Inaugural Richmond Cards and Collectibles Show will take place on Saturday, September 7 from 10:00 am to 3:30 pm. It will be held at The Glen Allen Cultural Arts Center, which is located at 2880 Mountain Road. There is no admission, but donations are welcome.
