An event called an Unlocking the Legal Mysteries: A Panel Discussion on Zoning and Title Issues and Probate is coming to Glen Allen this June.
The discussion will be hosted by the Women’s Council of Realtors Richmond Network, which is a real estate professional organization devoted to advancing women leaders in the field and providing motivational and educational meetings on different topics related to the industry. The event in June will explore complex legal issues surrounding probate, titles, and zoning that realtors may find initially perplexing.
The panelists featured are Holly Pratt from Winslow, McCurry & MacCormac, PLLC; Jeff Geiger from Hirschler Fleischer; and Paul Williams of MeyerGoergen PC. All panelists have extensive legal experience in their respective fields. Pratt will speak on residential and commercial real estate, especially estate and probate matters. Geiger will share his knowledge on land use approvals and zoning ordinances issues. Lastly, Williams will discuss residential real estate and the title issues related to it.
Panel discussions may be accompanied by printed materials such as Brochures that list the event speakers and topics to be discussed. Local Print shops offering brochure printing services may offer organizers an efficient way to print these brochures in bulk.
The panel event is scheduled for June 7 from 9:00 am to 11:00 am. It will take place at Cobb Technologies, located at 1000 Technology Park Drive. Tickets are $25.
