Glen Allen festival to celebrate art and jazz

The Wine, Jazz & Art Festival will be taking place in Glen Allen this August, promising plenty of all three of these fine things in life.

The event will feature a performance from local jazz artist John Bradberry. Refreshments will be provided by the Kuyas Kouzina food truck, as well as a selection of local wine vendors. Visitors can also peruse a curated collection of local art as they listen to the music and sip. Attendees are welcome to bring a lawn chair or picnic blanket to enjoy the outdoor setting, as well as their own food in a picnic basket or other container.

The Festival was originally scheduled to take place earlier in the summer, but was postponed due to inclement weather. Outdoor festivals like this often use methods like flyer printing and local radio advertising to help reach an appreciative audience and provide updates on dates and times. The festival is hosted and organized by Virginia’s Woodside Farms, in the scenic Chickahominy Falls area, and promotional material for this festival emphasizes the rural outdoor environment, effusing:

“It’s a celebration of all the things that make life feel just right—music, food, wine, and community, set against the backdrop of our beloved working farm.”

The 2025 Wine, Jazz & Art Festival will be held at Woodside Farm in Glen Allen on the afternoon of Saturday, August 16.
