The Star Spangled Fourth of July Celebration is being presented by the Henrico County Historical Society this Independence Day.
Everyone who plans to attend the celebration is encouraged to dress the colors of the U.S. flag for the day. There will be plenty of activities taking place that are suitable for the entire family.
Of course, no July 4th celebration is complete without a parade for people to show off their patriotic fervor; it will likely include marching bands, community groups and lots of flags.
Visitors can also watch the acrobats in Circus Stella, cool off at the starfish station, or sit through a historical reading of our nation’s Declaration of Independence. The kids' area will feature pony rides and crafting activities. In addition, there will be musical entertainment, games, and food and drink concessions. Visitors can also take a tour of Courtney Road Gas Station, which is located nearby.
Families from all over the area, including nearby Ashland, will no doubt want to come to this celebration. Printing companies are usually asked to help advertise such events by providing products like Flyers.
