Ashland foodies who are looking for a new dining experience will soon have a chance to sample some of what the local food service community has to offer.
The Four Forks Pop-Up Dinner, which will be held for the first time, will feature a variety of desserts that are intended to be shared. The evening will kick off with a cocktail hour where the guests can socialize and get to know one another while they enjoy small bite dishes and a complementary drink. After this, the main portion of the evening will begin.
Those who come to the function will be treated to three different desserts, each of which will be paired with a beverage that has been specially chosen to compliment the food. As seating will be assigned to each guest, anyone who would like to sit with a specific person has been asked to contact the organizers at fourforksrva@gmail.com to discuss their party’s size and requirements.
