Ashland area event on the way for those with an ASD

Ashland people and families affected by autism spectrum disorders have been issued an invitation to come to an event that will showcase what their area has to offer them.

The Autism Society of Central VA will be hosting its Autism Society Recreation Resource Fair 2018, and more than 25 exhibitors will be participating. Many will have booths and other displays with representatives on hand, and they will be able to share information, answer questions and, in some cases, even take registration for the activities they have to offer.

Everything from social groups and camps to dance, music, soccer, swimming, sailing, gymnastics, martial arts and many other recreational and social opportunities in the community will be represented, and the event is free of charge. This will be the 10th year for the resource fair, and it will be held in the River Road United Methodist Church, which is located at 8800 River Road in Virginia. Banners, Brochures and many other types of promotional materials for this type of function can be both designed and produced by a Print company.

This event, which will help the area autism community learn more about what their local region has to offer them when it comes to sport and recreational opportunities, has been planned for March 2. Its organizer’s website includes more information about both this occasion and the other programs and supports it can provide.
