The annual Ashland Railroad Run is scheduled to be hosted in Ashland this holiday season.
This yearly running event will occur as a flexible, virtual run that participants can complete at any time during its designated week. Divisions involved include a 5K, a 10K, and the one-mile Kids Fun Run. Participants are encouraged to dress in unique, festive running gear for the opportunity to win a prize for the best holiday-themed outfit.
Those who wish to take part in the Ashland holiday racing event can register online. The 5K and 10K both cost $30 per person while the Kids Fun Run is priced at $15 per child. The COTU challenge, which is for ambitious individuals who wish to tackle both the 5K and the 10K, is priced at $55. Randolph Macon staff and students can get a $10 discount on the registration fees. The organizers of virtual events often select poster printing as an optimal way to create visually captivating event advertisements.
Packet pickups will be available on the day prior to the race from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Hanover Art and Activities Center. All proceeds earned from the event will contribute to help to support the center.
The Ashland Railroad Run is set to take place on Saturday, December 5 and conclude on Saturday, December 12.
