Ashland is about to go back in time when the 1980s tribute band The Deloreans performs at the Hanover Vegetable Farm this summer.
The band consists of six vocalists and a showband who cover some of the biggest hits of the decade known for big hair styles, neon aesthetics and evolving the rock genre.
Founded in 2007, The Deloreons have a tradition of letting each of their band members take the center spotlight throughout their performances, all while donning costumes that epitomize the over-the-top style of the ‘80s.
Having mastered performing over 10 hours of classic 80s songs, The Deloreons often cater to the specific tone and size of whatever concert they play. Other Forms of stagecraft are also on display for each show, including sound and light design and through the use of an LED video wall.
The band is named after the iconic car featured in the hit time-travel film Back to the Future, which celebrates its 40th anniversary this year.
