The building will span 153,000 sq. ft. and reach four stories tall. Boasting amenities focused on students, top-quality academic space, and signature centers, it is hoped that it will be the idea space to prepare the business leaders of the future. It will double the area that can be used for collaboration spaces, classrooms, and experiential learning and triple the amount of space for open study areas.
There will also be a coffee shop run by students, an event space, meeting and conference rooms, an employee lounge, and a student lounge available in the building. Brochure printing can be used to provide more details on the features and amenities of such buildings.
President of UD, Eric F. Spina, expressed his gratitude to this donor, who he says has a vision the reflects the finest qualities of the college community. He added:
“Their support will leave a lasting, visible impact on generations of students, faculty, alumni and partners.”
