Yonkers expo planned with exotic pets in mind

When it comes to pets, those who prefer to take a walk on the wilder side may want to be sure they catch a Yonkers area event that will feature some alternative companion animals and all the accessories.

Arachnids, reptiles, amphibians, and other creepy crawly creatures will be taking pride of place during the NY Metro Reptile Expo, and it may be a valuable opportunity for those who would like to make sure they have the knowledge required to give their scaly or eight-legged friend the care they need to thrive. Many of the pets and supplies will be on offer at a discount, and the attendees will be able to speak with the breeders and get tips directly from the experts.

Admission to the expo is $10 for adults, and kids who are between six to twelve will be charged $5. Those who are under six can enter free, and all kids need to be accompanied by an adult.
