A series of healing sessions will welcome Yonkers residents who wish to optimize their health at an event that is scheduled for next month.
The Stillness in Motion Meditation Series, presented by the Hudson River Museum, has opened online ticket sales to interested Yonkers residents seeking a comprehensive event that promotes health, wellness, and peace. The 60-minute session will combine a mix of meditation, guided yoga, and sound healing.
The sessions will be led by Jen Vagios, an experienced instructor who will provide a welcoming environment for all guests. Vagios has over 20 years of experience helping people let go of stress.
The experience will be held in a darkened room to provide the most relaxing setting possible. The room will also feature a calm pool of water that will reflect the image of Mount Rainier. It is recommended for interested parties 14 years and older. Marketers can use grassroots marketing tactics, such as flyer printing, to announce such community events.
No experience is necessary to sign up for the meditation series, and all that is needed is a willingness to look inward during the experience. Capacity is limited, and interested parties should make reservations while spots last.
The meditation series will be held at 511 Warburton Avenue in Yonkers, New York. It’s scheduled for Saturday, March 21st, at 3:00 PM. Registration is open online.
