Restaurant Week offers dining delight in Yonkers

The Hudson Valley Restaurant Week comes just twice a year, offering residents in the area the chance to enjoy a meal out at a new or favorite establishment for a discounted price.

A number of restaurants in Yonkers will be participating in this season's Restaurant Week, which lasts until March 22. During the event, diners will be able to enjoy three courses for less than $30 during dinner, or for less than $21 during lunch. The prix-fixe meals do not include drinks, tax or tip.

The 10 Yonkers area restaurants that are participating in the event can use poster printing to advertise their participation and to encourage people to book their reservations. People have the option of calling the restaurant to reserve or booking their tables online.

While many of the restaurants are offering both lunch and dinner options, not all of them are. Texas de Brazil, a steakhouse, and Pinch, a restaurant offering New American cuisine, have dinner options only. Dan Rooney's Cafe and Bar, another New American cuisine eatery, offers lunch on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday only.

The variety of establishments in Yonkers participating in this month's Restaurant Week means diners have a lot to choose from. Along with a steakhouse and several New American restaurants, there are two seafood places, Dolphin and Bonefish Grill, participating. Further options include Indian restaurant Mumbai Spices, and Italian eateries Nonno's and Zuppa.
