Newborn care class for Yonkers parents-to-be

A Yonkers workshop hopes to arm new parents with both the knowledge and confidence to really enjoy the special time in their new little one’s life, and those who are interested can sign up now to participate.

Th moms- and dads-to-be in this hands-on event will be introduced to baby care in a calm and relaxed environment, and with other future new parents in attendance, the activity may help them make new friends. The goal is to create empowered parents and also a supportive network of other mothers and fathers the attendees can call on in the future.

The class will touch on several topics that tend to be of interest to new parents, including diapering, trimming a new baby’s nails, dressing and bathing an infant, and also how to hold one correctly.
