Even meet-ups are somewhat spaced out this month, the Business Council of Westchester is still giving business owner an event worth looking into. With the Business Hall of Fame Awards Dinner taking place just a few days from now on April 19th, entrepreneurs from Yonkers and the surrounding area will have plenty to look forward to.
Local printing companies have likely been busy getting ready for one of the most important nights of the year for the business community. In an effort to acknowledge the accomplishments of local businesses over the years, the Business Council of Westchester is hosting this year’s Business Hall of Fame Awards.
The award recipients as listed on the Council’s website are: Yonkers Raceway’s own Empire City Casino under “Family Business”, Community Mutual Savings Bank for “Small Business”, the Robert Martin Company under “Entrepreneurial”, Lenore Minerva of Empress Emergency Medical Services for “Women in Business”, and Pernod Ricard USA will be rounding things off as the “Corporate Citizenship” nomination. Given exclusively to businesses and entrepreneurs who have proven themselves to be consistent over the years, these awards are an impressive accomplishment in their own right.
Starting at 5:30 pm and concluding at 9:00 pm, this dinner is being held at the Glen Island Harbour Club in New Rochelle. For those who would like to come and show their support for these deserving individuals, reservations and payment options are currently available. Sponsored by names that include MasterCard and the Westchester Green Business Challenge among others, it’s clear that this event is one worth attending.
