Forest Hills Library to feature talented musicians

This April, the Con Brio Ensemble will be making an appearance to play at the Forest Hills Library in New York.

The Con Brio Ensemble is a nonprofit music organization that performs high-quality concerts at various locations around New York for the public to hear. During their performance, the ensemble will be playing pieces such as Johannes Brahms’ Violin Sonata and Franz Schubert’s Shepherd on the Rock. The ensemble consists of many members, but only four of the musicians will be performing during the concert at the library.

Diana Mittler-Battipaglia is the founder of the Con Brio Ensemble and performs as the group’s pianist. She currently works as a professor of music and as the choral director at the City University of New York and was elected as Chair of the Music Department. Her performances have even been featured on radio and television shows in the past. With the help of printing services, Mittler-Battipaglia was able to publish a biography about her father, who was also an accomplished musician.

The Con Brio Ensemble will be performing at the library on April 6 from 2:00 pm to 4:00 pm. The concert will be free for the public to attend, and everyone is welcome to experience the performances. For those interested in learning more about upcoming events, the ensemble has a website that posts updates on new concerts. Anyone can support the band by donating through Checks addressed to the ensemble.
