A webinar focused on the importance of mediation in an employment setting has been scheduled by the Queens Chamber. Taking place this month, it will be a way to learn some new skills for 2021, and everyone is welcome to attend for free, whether they are a Chamber member or not.
Those who participate in the learning will discover ways they can effectively handle disputes without counterproductive conflict, which the organizers explained will help to create a more harmonious and efficient workplace. The importance of collaboration will be stressed, and the discussion will include tips for handling issues with vendors, customers, supervisors and employees alike.
This activity will be hosted online, and it can be accessed from a phone, desktop, tablet or laptop device.
