What's Happening in Bellerose, NY…

Thanks to a local initiative, Bellerose looks set to be a fun place for children to spend their time in late July.

The registration system for the Bellerose Village Summer Camp program is open until Wednesday, July 15. There are two sessions scheduled and the registration fee is $50 for each week.

The camps will encourage kids from kindergarten to Grade 6 to get creative. Everyone can enjoy the arts and crafts, and there will also be outdoor games and other excitement. Each day will run from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon, and each camper will be encouraged to make new friends and gain self-confidence by trying new things. It also includes a program for young people from Grades 7 to 12 who are seeking volunteer opportunities.
