Bellerose welcomes summer with a festival

St. Gregory the Great will be holding its 37th Gregorian Summer Festival next month.

The eleven-day event will feature carnival rides, games, live entertainment, and gourmet food. Each evening will be designated as a special international night. The theme this year will be ‘At 37-Closest Thing to Heaven’.

A parade will kick things off on opening night, which will be Bellerose night. Irish nights will be the following three evenings. Rock-N-Roll night will be on the same night as Filipino Night. Polish night will be the next evening, and there will be two German and three Italian nights.

Pay One Price nights will allow the purchaser to pay $25 for a wristband that will allow them to ride as many rides as they wish. Some of the rides will include Swinger, Round Up, Paratroopers, Ferris Wheel, Circus Train, Dizzy Dragon, Merry Go Round, and Air Show.
