The best teas from around the world will be showcased at the Nevada Tea Festival in Carson City next month.
Considered one of the oldest and most popular beverages in the world, tea is, and has been, a part of many cultures. It is believed to have originated in China, where the tea plant is native, and it was first used medicinally as early as the 3rd century AD.
Tea enthusiasts, industry professionals and associated business owners will meet for the two-day festival to sip, connect and learn through workshops and seminars led by experts.
The Carson City festival was started by Dr. Sally Wei, a classical pianist who created it as a celebration of tea, music and education. Wei is a Certified Tea Sommelier and will be one of the festival’s guest speakers. She will present an introductory course that will look at tea varieties, ideal brewing methods, and provide tips on water temperature and selection of tea leaves.
The festival will host other businesses providing baked goods, botanicals, chocolate, tea accessories and more. Vendors who exhibit their products at events such as this often use Print shops to create their display materials.
The Nevada Tea Festival will be held on June 13 and 14, 2026 from 11 am to 5 pm at the Casino Fandango in Carson City. Tickets and further information are available on the event website.Get a Free Quote for Print
