The ninth annual Downtown Revival Car Show will roll into Carson City next month. Presented by the Esther Chapter #3 Order of the Eastern Star, the one-day show will support Veterans Guest House and other local charitable organizations.
Veterans Guest House, located in nearby Reno, provides temporary accommodation for veterans and their families while traveling to receive medical care and treatment.
The first house was opened in 2000 with just two bedrooms but has expanded over the years to a new facility with 29 bedrooms and a total of 33 beds. More recently, the non-profit organization has launched a hospice home that provides veterans with free end-of-life accommodation and care.
As many as 500 vehicles are able to register for the upcoming car show, which is open to all makes and models. The show area has expanded this year to include an additional block in downtown Carson City. Cars will be set up first thing in the morning before judging commences at 10 am, followed by an awards ceremony at 2 pm.
Each registrant will receive a show T-shirt and goodie bag. Businesses who sponsor events such as this often provide Promotional Products for swag Bags to advertise their products and services.
The Carson City Downtown Revival Car Show will be held on Saturday, July 11, 2026, from 9 am to 2 pm on Carson Street between Washington and Fifth Street. It will take place rain or shine.
