Local fathers can create special memories with their little girls, as they welcome spring in an elegant atmosphere.
The Virginia City Piper Opera house will be transformed into a Victorian era ballroom for the Carson City area Father Daughter Day and Dance. While it is planned for dads, other men who are important in a girl's life such as uncles, step-fathers, and grandfathers are also welcome to participate.
The celebration will offer three different start times, and dads can choose from an inclusive ticket for themselves and their child, or one that is for the dance only. All-inclusive pass holders will be treated to lunch as well as beverages, an old-fashioned portrait, samples of fudge, a custom corsage, and other perks. Additional all-inclusive tickets are available for siblings. Everyone is advised to have their phone or camera ready so they can get lots of pictures of the experience.
One of the tasks of an event organizer may be to select decor for a particular occasion. A banner printing company will be happy to help, and can use graphic design techniques to prepare these items.
The 8th annual Virginia City Father-Daughter Day and Dance will be giving daddies and their little princesses a time to celebrate on Saturday, April 9. The available timeslots start at 11:00 am on the day.
