Frontier extends number of cities served from Raleigh-Durham

Frontier Airlines is adding eight new cities to the 24 cities it already provides with non-stop service from the Raleigh – Durham International Airport (RDU).

Some Durham residents will have an opportunity to visit friends and relatives in a few months. The airline, known for its low-fare service, will be offering introductory one-way flights to its newly added cities for as little as $29 to celebrate its new routes. Reservations for these flights are already being taken.

The new cities being added from RDU are Albany, Boston, Columbus, Hartford, Jacksonville, Islip, and Philadelphia. The first flights to the new cities will take place on April 30 – May 1.

Boston will be the Frontier network’s 106th city. When established companies open a branch in a new city, they often take the opportunity to disperse inexpensive Promotional Products such as customized Pens or magnets.

Three of Frontiers new routes are only being serviced by that airline. Flights to the newly added destinations will be via members of the Airbus A320 Family. The Frontier fleet is among the youngest in the industry. With almost 200 new aircraft on order, the airline expects to be able to keep its fares low while providing its customers with an enjoyable and reliable flying experience.

Frontier, to provide customers with as many flying options as possible, charges no fee for changes to reservation that are at least 90 days from the original travel date.
