The Washington Post recently awarded the Thompson Creek Window Company, with headquarters in Lanham and manufacturing facilities in Upper Marlboro, a Top Workplaces honor for 2018.
In the mid-sized employer category, it was ranked #2 and the CEO, Rick Wuest, was ranked #1 in the same category.
Employee feedback gathered from a survey administered by third-party Energage, LLC is used to create the Top Workplaces list. Among the aspects of workplace culture that are measured in the survey include alignment, execution, and connection.

He added that this a distinction and achievement that companies work hard for, and it gives them a competitive advantage in the industry.
Wuest said that this is a great honor and demonstrates the results of aligning the team with the values and culture of the company.
