The College Park Community Farmer’s Market will open in May and take place through November. An annual tradition, the farmer’s market consists of fresh foods that appeal to all and draws consistent attendance throughout the season. The location is just a few minutes from Upper Marlboro as well as the University of Maryland.
Miller Farms will offer fresh produce directly from their farmlands. Hot meals will be served along with fresh baked goods. Unique crafts, gifts and other items will be onsite provided by local and visiting vendors.
Vendors at such events often order banner printing from local Print shops to create the signage that advertises their booth. The Banners can include logos, taglines and other information at-a-glance.
Vendors often return to the event each year. However, new vendor applications were accepted through February 15. A list of existing products is made available so as not to duplicate with new vendors. The event is family-friendly as well as pet friendly as long as pets are on leash. It is an open-air market taking place in the Ellen Linson Splash Pool parking lot. The venue is located at 5211 Campus Drive.
