The Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield will be honoring its Class of 2021 of 16 members with an Enshrinement Ceremony. This weekend will be devoted to this event.
It will start on Friday with an Autograph Session at the Mohegan Sun in Uncasville, Connecticut beginning at 11:00 am. This will be the first public event and will enable attendees to receive one autograph from each member of the class. Such events often provide as well as a special Logo Design to commemorate the occasion. This will be followed by a press conference at 2:00 pm for credentialed members of the media and ticket holders of the Legends VIP Package.
In the evening, there will be a Tip Off Celebration and Awards Gala. The Class of 2021 will be celebrated at this event. A dinner will take place as well as the awarding of the rings to the class and the presentation of the Hall of Fame jackets.
On Saturday will be the VIP Enshrinement Ceremony Reception at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, beginning at 4:00 pm. The Enshrinement Ceremony will follow at 7:00 pm at the MassMutual Center in Springfield where each member will be formally inducted into the Hall of Fame.
This series of events will take place Friday, September 10 and Saturday, September 11.
