A new exhibit dedicated to Stephan Curry has been unveiled by the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield. He is the first active player of the NBA in the history of the institution to have an exhibition dedicated to one person.
The title of the exhibit is “Beyond the Arc.” It can be seen in The Vault, which is a space for storytelling with rotating exhibits that are focused on how the sport of basketball evolved.
In the exhibit are memorabilia from the vault of the Curry family including jerseys he wore during games, his MVP trophy, and narrated videos that provide details on milestones from his NBA career of 17 years.
Vice President of Marketing for the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame, Paul Dionne, said it was straightforward to create this exhibit given Curry’s repudiation. He added that Curry is universally loved both as a basketball player and as a human being and is great as a person both on and off the court.
Vice President of Curatorial at the Hall of Fame, Matt Zeysing, said that the museum honors the history of basketball which, for the most part, is made during every game but the museum is also looking to honor its best players.

The exhibit on Curry is open through October of next year.
