Several new tenants have signed up to lease space in Springfield Crossing and will be opening in the coming months.
Onyx Partners, Ltd. is the developer of Springfield Crossing, which is on Boston Road. The shopping center is becoming a premier community and retail hub in Western Massachusetts.
Target will be the anchor for the next phase of development and will be one of the first locations of the chain in the area, bringing a one-stop shopping experience to a busy commercial corridor in the area. Target is set to open this summer.
Other stores set to open include Beyond Oishii, Be Young Day Spa, Playa Bowls, and Chase Bank. These establishments build on the initial phase of the center, which was launched late last year with the opening of BJ’s Wholesale Club and its gas station.
The founder of Onyx Partners, LTD, Anton Malchionda, expressed his excitement about welcoming this next group of tenants as his firm continues to create a vibrant place for people to dine, shop, and connect, and a destination that meets the daily needs of the people in the region.
