Restaurant in Northampton changes hands with new menu

HighBrow Wood Fired Kitchen + Bar will soon be opening in Northampton in what was once Pizzeria Paradiso. Residents of Springfield may want to try this new establishment once it is open for business.

Banner printing are typically used at such sites to announce to the community the opening of new establishments and their offerings.

Andrew Brow has been working for the current owner and founder of Pizzeria Paradiso, Claudio Guerra, for the past six months and will be taking ownership of the restaurant next month. Brow said that along with the change in name will be a new concept and vision for the restaurant as well as a change in how it looks.

Brow plans to keep the two wood-fired ovens that were imported from Italy, but one will be used for making pizza while the other will be for cooking creative American food with a wood-fired inspiration. Some of the dishes which he has in mind are roasting chicken wings, oysters, potatoes, and vegetables. Some of the pizzas currently on menu will remain while others will be eliminated.

He also plans to keep the current staff at the restaurant and will be hiring a pastry chef. The pastry chef will bake several kinds of rolls in the wood-fired oven and create desserts. Brow is also working with local suppliers and farmers for his produce, meat, and fish.
