Kids to participate in Easter egg hunt and breakfast
On April 11, an Easter Breakfast with the Bunny and an Easter Egg Hunt will take place at Arlington Park.
From 9:00 am until 11:00 am, the Million Room will have a special breakfast for little ones and their families. The menu will have all the breakfast favorites such as eggs, bacon, and waffles, along with potato hash, Caesar salads, maple butter chicken and mac and cheese. Adult and young adult (ages 12 to 20) tickets are $29.99 and kid (4 to 11) tickets are $19.99. Kids under five will be free.
The Easter Egg Hunt, photo opportunities with the Easter Bunny, activities, crafts, pony rides, bounce houses and face painting will be for everyone whether they have purchased the Easter Breakfast tickets or $2 entrance fee tickets for those children not attending the breakfast. One dollar from each ticket will go to the Ronald McDonald House Charities of Northwest Indiana and Chicagoland.
Many photos taken with the Easter Bunny are taken to nearby stationery printers to become part of the next year’s family calendars.
At 11:30 guests will proceed to the paddock for the Easter Egg Hunt. Everyone must BTO (bring their own) containers. The lawn will have over 30,000 eggs for little ones to find. The hunt will be divided into three areas for three age groups (three-year-olds and below, four-year-olds to six-year-olds, and seven-and-up).
