Arlington Heights Easter activity opens spring

Arlington Heights is about to hop to it thanks to an Easter-themed activity set to kick off spring.

Dubbed the “Community Egg Hunt Extravaganza”, the Arlington Height Historical Museum is set to host a special celebration planned with families in mind. Those 10 and under will be treated to lots of “egg-citement”, and while they enjoy themselves, their parents can look on and snap lots of photos.

The kids will be hunting for treat filled eggs throughout the museum grounds, and parents can register their child or children for a specific time slot. After this part of their day has drawn to a close, they may remain on site and participate in site wide scavenger hunt, make a craft and spend some time visiting the Easter Bunny. Members of the museum’s Historic Society will be offered a special discount. Parents are asked to register by March 21st.

Spring events often take place outdoors to take advantage of the pleasant weather. Print shops can work with organizers to provide custom designed decor that may be used several times, making it a budget friendly option suitable for business and not for profit organizations alike.

Arlington Heights will be welcoming the Easter Bunny for this social event filled with fun for families on March 28th. The first time slot is scheduled for 10:00 am. The community’s Park District website provides a registration link.
