A milestone anniversary is coming up near Shelton, and everyone is invited to enjoy the event.
The Beer Man Beer Podcast is celebrating its 100th episode, which is a milestone event. Organizers are planning a party with food, comedy, and live music. Among the stand-up comedians scheduled to appear are Joy Nystrom, Dave Sheehan, Brii Hiltz, John Romanoff, Cindy Gray, and Denis J. Stradford. COMETA will provide the music, and there will be food and (naturally) beer.
The Beer Man Beer Podcast features comedian Jon Benson and his beer-drinking partner, Jay “Keg” Kettles. Each podcast features the duo tasting a different beer, as well as sharing stories with their guests. Stacy Prussman, who is a podcaster, actress, comedienne, and the 2021 Libertarian candidate for the office of the Mayor of New York City, was a recent guest. She revealed what her campaign was like, and discussed her future in politics.
On that podcast, Benson and Kettles discussed “nutritional” beers, and tasted a several beers from various breweries, including Firefly Hollow Brewing Company and Abomination Brewing Company. The episode was typical of the series, and COMETA often provides the music.
The date is January 9 from 2:00 pm until 6:00 pm, at BadSons Brewery on Roosevelt Drive in Derby, Connecticut, a short distance from Shelton. Organizers can use poster printing to create colorful advertising for events like this.
