The Barnum Financial Group opened an Establishment Barnum, a financial education center in Shelton.
The center concentrates on millennials and financial literary. According to Barnum founder and CEO Paul Blanco, the company’s expert Corporate Education Program advisors have taught thousands of business professionals in multiple occupations and fields from young people just starting out to others that are well established in their careers.
The Barnum Financial Group works with hundreds of New England non-profits and companies. It supplies workplace financial education. New York and New Jersey disclosed the beginning of The Establish Barnum, an innovative way to teaching younger professionals about finances and financial literacy. He added that learning about finances does not have to be a burden.
The new Shelton location recently held its initial class. It will offer a diverse amount of people the chance to learn and talk about money issues with specialists and other professionals in an informal group environment. Subject matter within the classes include Creating a Budget, The Guide to Financial Planning for Young Professionals, Buying Your First Home, Females and Finance, and Wine and Investing.
Licensed and trained experts lead each class. Classes are free and do not contain sales pitches. Classes are taught at the company site to create an informative but comfortable environment to discuss the real issues.
