Three local high schools will be presenting their student theater events in April.
Legend High School Theater will be presenting Grease: The Musical on March 27th, 28th and 29th and April 3rd, 4th and 5th at Legend High School, 2219 Hilltop Road. Adult tickets will be $20 and Student tickets will be $15.
Chaparral High School Oncore Players Original Show will be a performance of an original show that has been written and will be directed by the high school's senior and junior theater students. The performance will be April 4th beginning at 7:00 pm at the high school, 15655 Brookstone Drive. Admission will be $8.
On April 10th, 11th and 12th at 7:00 pm and a matinee at 2:00 pm on the 12th, Ponderosa High School will perform Urinetown-The Musical at the Ponderosa High School Theatre 7007 Bayou Gulch Road. Adult tickets will be $12 and student tickets will be $10.
On Thursday, April 17th and Friday 18th beginning at 7:00 pm, the Chaparral freshmen and sophomores will present three one-act plays each evening. The freshmen and sophomores will be showcasing their talents under the direction of the seniors. Tickets will be $15 for adults and $10 for students.
The Spring Guitar Concert will be on Tuesday, April 29th beginning at 7:00 pm.
Schools that hold events like this have pictures that are taken during the events sent to local Print shops to be added to school Yearbooks.
