Parker runs Love'Em or Leave'Em

RNK Running & Walking will be holding its Love'Em or Leave'Em Valentine's Day 5k/10K on Valentine’s Day 2026.

Rain or snow, both races will begin in the park, and the course will be an out-and-back on paved, flat, fast, quiet and scenic Cherry Creek Trail.

Registration is $40 for the 5k and $50 for the 10k. Prices will go up on January 31st and again on race day. Long sleeve race t shirts and shirt sizes are guaranteed to those who register before race day. The Kids' Dash will be for kids 8 years old and under and will be free.

Flippin' Flapjacks! will provide a pancake breakfast after the race and Fiction Beer Company will offer one free beverage to those over 21.

Businesses that provide food to races like this often get their paper products like napkins and straw wrappers printed with their logo or graphic designs at local Print shops.

Awards will go to the top female and male finishers in the 5k and 10 k, and medals will go to the overall top female and male finishers in eight age divisions.

Any proceeds from the race will go to the Town of Parker Scholarship Program which provides free registrations for the Town Recreation programs and entry into its facilities to individuals and families with limited financial resources.

This year's Love'Em or Leave'Em 5k/10k will take place at Salisbury Equestrian Park, 11920 Motsenbocker Road starting at 10:00 am.
