Parker gets on the run for Labour Day

The Labor Day Half Marathon will take place in Parker this September, featuring both an in-person and virtual run option.

The event will feature chip timing by HAL Sports and online result posting. Following the race, an awards ceremony will take place near the finish line to honor the top performers.

Awards will be given to the overall female and male champions in each race category. Additionally, Gift Certificates from Runner's Roost will be presented to the three top female and male participants in each age group. These Gift Certificates will be redeemable at all Denver Metro Runners Roost stores.

The event will be taking place no matter what the weather conditions are, so participants should dress accordingly. Individuals who are interested in the virtual race option should ensure they choose this option during registration. The packages and medals for virtual races will be mailed to online participants free of charge. For further information on packets, race age groups, and more, individuals can visit the listing on the Colorado Runners Events website.

Banner printing can be a great way to mark the end of races such as this one.

The races will be taking place on Monday, September 4. Start times will vary by race. The event location will be at the Salisbury Equestrian Park at 11920 N Motsenbocker Rd, Parker.
