The Parker Area Chamber of Commerce Foundation is presenting its 48th annual Parker Days Festival for three days in mid- June.
This event will be free and family friendly. Over 200 craftspeople, merchants and local artists will be selling goods and services in the marketplace.
Vendors that sell in large marketplaces like this often have special business card printing done so they can slip the custom-made cards in with purchases.
Along with the local downtown eateries, festival guests will have the option of getting food from three food courts.
A silent disco will take place at Main Street and East Victorian at Parker Station's main entrance Friday and Saturday evenings from 7:00 pm to 10:30 pm.
Music performances will take place on the festival's three stages and from buskers that will be located outside Ruth Memorial Chapel and on the SW corner of Main and Pike's Peak.
Activities will include rides on the Sunshine Express Train, free kids' crafts in the Kids' Craft Tent, interactive inflatable fun, a bungy jump, human hamster experience, and axe throwing.
Sixteen rides for the daring older set and twenty-one rides for the younger set will be available along with games, food and beverages in the carnival area.
Parker Days Festival will take place in Downtown Parker Friday June 14th from 4:00 pm to 10:30 pm, Saturday the 15th from 10:00 am to 10:30 pm and Sunday June 16th from 10:00 am to 8:30 pm.
