The holidays here in Parker will be filled with at least four festive events in late November and in December.
Santa's Circus will be a 90-minute enchanted holiday fantasy with festive music and sparkling lights, along with Christmas-themed acrobats, illusions, and comedy.
Santa's Circus will be this Saturday, November 30 at the PACE Center, 20000 Pikes Peak Avenue, with performances at 2:00 pm and 7:30 pm.
Parker Symphony Orchestra, composed of community volunteers, and the community ensemble Parker Chorale will present A Classic Parker Holiday featuring familiar songs, traditional carols, and one or two surprises.
A Classic Parker Holiday will be performed Saturday, December 7 at 2:30 pm and 7:30 pm and on Sunday, December 8 at 2:30 pm at the PACE Center.
Cimarron Middle School will be holding its Festival of Trees 2024 to raise money through its PTO for teacher grants to fund laptops, educational field trips, and literacy software. Local businesses are sponsoring brightly lit and themed trees, and lucky ticketholders will receive both the trees and decorations.
Businesses that sponsor events like this often take pictures of their entries to local Print shops to be used in advertising for the following year.
Cimarron Middle School's Festival of Trees 2024 will take place Saturday, December 7 from 9:00 am to noon, at 12130 Canterberry Parkway.
Finally, the Summit Dance Academy will be holding Nutcracker performances on Saturday, December 21 and Sunday, December 22 at 2:00 pm and 7:00 pm at the PACE Center.
