Ground was recently broken for a location of Ent Credit Union, based in Colorado Springs in the Cottonwood area of Parker.
The new facility will be 5,000 square feet in size and have state-of-the-art technology such as debit cards that are issued on the spot, and self-service safety deposit Boxes. There will be 12 people employed at the location.
Chief engagement officer for Ent, Matt Gendron, said that this is the first location of Ent in Parker. He adds that it is ideally located and will enhance the accessibility and convenience of the credit union’s services to its Douglas County members.
Vice president of corporate communications for Ent, Victoria Selfridge, added that there are 1,000 members of the credit union living within five miles of Parker. This location will enable the company to better reach out to its members, she stresses that members can expect to receive the same level of quality of service they have found in other branches.
She added that the company was the title sponsor for the Stars and Stripes Celebration that was held last month in Parker for Independence Day.
The expected completion of the construction of the building is January 2019. Banner printing companies can be hired to create displays and Banners that can be posted throughout the community informing members of such new and convenient locations.
