The Laszlo Hotel in Parker recently hired a private chef from Highlands Ranch and winner of “Cutthroat Kitchen” as its executive chef in charge of its three restaurants.
Overseeing the operation of the cooking operations of the three restaurants at the new and upcoming boutique hotel is Parker will be Leah Eveleigh. Eveleigh came to Colorado from the Philippines about 20 years and runs a private catering business that serves primarily Filipino cuisine.
The Laszlo Hotel is almost completed, and staff will be hired this month. Events are planned for the fall season as well as a major event for New Year’s Eve. Promotional Products can be distributed throughout town to publicize such an opening and the many amenities it offers.
The three on-site restaurants at the hotel are The Upper Deck, Martinis on the Half Shell, and Rick's Prime Steak and Seafood. A variety of cuisines will be offered, ranging from burgers to oysters, breakfast burritos to seafood, and hand-made martinis to draft beer. There will be seasonal Menus and off-menu items for those who will be frequent guests at the Laszlo.
Some of Eveleigh’s favorites from the Philippines will be found on the several Menus alongside the favorite pub foods and traditional steakhouse classics. She said this will go along with her vision for making the hotel a place to find the latest in food trends.
