The Folds of Honor Foundation will be holding a golf tournament and dinner with a silent auction at the Black Bear Country Club in Parker next month.
These are events designed to raise awareness and funds for the Foundation, which supports children and spouses of those who were killed or became disabled while serving the country in the Forms of scholarships and other assistance.
The mission of the Colorado Patriots Chapter of the Folds of Honor (FOH) is to become the focal point in the state in spreading awareness of the mission of the Folds of Honor Foundation. Since 2012, the Chapter has awarded 25 scholarships for a total of $125,000. The Chapter is proud of its record of serving veteran families in Colorado.
Participating golfers will have an opportunity to network and enjoy two days of golf. Several levels of sponsorship are available ranging from a HOLE Sponsorship at $500, to a Medal of Honor Tournament Title Sponsorship at $15,000, which is equivalent to three FOH scholarships. These sponsorships include donations for player fees, hole sponsorships, the putting green, and driving range. Banner printing and signage are also included in some of these sponsorship levels.
The golf tournament will be held from Sunday, July 26 through Monday, July 27 from 7:30 am to 3:00 pm each day.
