Sweet event near La Palma

People from La Palma who have a sweet tooth will want to make the short trip over to Buena Park to enjoy the day.

The SoCal Sweet Festival takes place at the Buena Park Open Air Xchange on La Palma Avenue. Vendors will have an array of food – including savory options, sweet treats, and desserts – available. Admission to the event includes access to all merchandise, food, and dessert vendors, as well as a Beer Garden. Not only will there be a range of craft beers available at the Garden, but wine will also be served. Admission to this part of the Festival is limited to those 21 years of age and over.

DJs will be on hand all day, and there will be other live music happening throughout the duration of the event. Lifesize games like Giant Jenga and Connect 4 will be available, and a photo booth is planned, as is a bubble blower. Organizers of events like this can use flyer printing to create handouts that list vendors and their locations.

The date of the Sweet Festival is May 14, which is Mother’s Day this year. The hours for everyone to enjoy themselves are 10:00 am until 4:00 pm, and pets are welcome. Free parking is available at the Buena Park Downtown Shopping Mall, though event organizers strongly suggest that festival participants ride share or take an Uber.
